Currency
All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown before you complete your order.
Accepted payment methods
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Customers may use the credit cards, debit cards, wallets or other payment options displayed as available at checkout. An option is accepted only when it is shown during checkout.
Payment processing
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed for processing. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that your billing information is accurate.
MarkovaX does not store complete payment-card details on its own servers. Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s security and privacy requirements.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, interrupted or cannot be verified, the order will not be confirmed until payment is completed successfully. Your bank or payment provider may provide more information about a declined transaction.
Order confirmation
After successful payment, we send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. Please review it and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued in CAD to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. MarkovaX issues an approved refund within 10 calendar days after approval; your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display it.
