1. Return Policy
Eligible change-of-mind return requests for physical products must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To request a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the applicable 14-day period and provide their order details.
2. US-warehouse grooming glove
The 2-in-1 Double-Sided Pet Grooming Glove is offered for US delivery only. For an eligible change-of-mind request submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery, MarkovaX will issue an approved refund without requiring the glove to be returned. Email customer@markovax.com with the order number and reason for the request. Do not send the item to CJdropshipping or any warehouse.
For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, contact MarkovaX with the order number and supporting details. MarkovaX will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. A return is not required unless MarkovaX provides written instructions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the purchase, the applicable terms, and relevant consumer protection laws.
If a refund is approved, MarkovaX will notify the customer of the approved refund amount and processing details.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Supporting information, where applicable

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days after approval and returned to the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
