Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

MarkovaX, operated by 12852365 Canada Inc., is the seller of record for every purchase made through markovax.com. Products may be prepared and dispatched by contracted fulfilment providers on behalf of MarkovaX. MarkovaX remains responsible for customer service, shipping support, returns and refunds.

Physical-product fulfilment

Contracted fulfilment providers may pick, prepare, print, pack or dispatch physical products on behalf of MarkovaX. Orders containing several products may arrive separately. Handling time, dispatch location, carrier and packaging may vary by product, product type and destination. A fulfilment provider does not sell directly to the customer through MarkovaX.

Delivery estimates

Current estimated total delivery, including processing, is 4–17 business days to Canada and 6–21 business days to the United States. The product-specific estimate displayed before payment takes priority over this general range.

Destinations, origins and charges

MarkovaX currently accepts physical-product orders for Canada and the United States. Products may be dispatched from China, Canada, the United States or another origin disclosed for the applicable product. Standard shipping is currently free unless a different charge is clearly displayed before payment.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical parcel is sent and no shipping charge applies.

Tracking and order support

If an order is materially overdue, lost, damaged, defective or incorrect, contact customer@markovax.com with the order number and supporting details.

Returns

Eligible regular physical products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. MarkovaX covers reasonable return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Do not return a parcel until MarkovaX provides written instructions.
