Shipping Policy
1. How MarkovaX Shipping Works
This means a few things that are worth knowing before you order:
- Orders containing products from multiple vendors may arrive in separate shipments, on different dates, with different tracking numbers.
- Print-on-demand products (custom apparel, home decor, accessories) are made to order after you purchase. These have a production lead time before shipping begins — typically 2–5 business days — and are shipped directly from the fulfillment partner.
- Stock goods (physical items held by the vendor) are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order.
- Each product page displays the estimated processing and delivery timeframe for that specific product and vendor.
2. Shipping Destinations
MarkovaX vendors currently ship to destinations in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Not all vendors ship to all destinations — available shipping regions are displayed on each product page before you add an item to your cart.

3. Order Processing Times
Processing time is the period between your order being confirmed and the vendor dispatching it to the carrier. Processing times vary by product type and vendor:

The specific processing time for each product is shown on its product page. Vendors are required by the MarkovaX Vendor Agreement to ship within the handling time stated on their listing. Vendors who repeatedly fail to meet stated handling times are subject to suspension.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The following transit estimates apply once your order has been dispatched by the vendor. These are estimates only and may vary based on carrier, destination, customs delays, and other factors outside our control.

The most accurate delivery estimate for your specific order — based on the vendor's location, carrier, and your destination — is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Always refer to that estimate rather than the general ranges above.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by each vendor and are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All applicable shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden shipping charges added after payment.
Where a vendor offers free shipping on qualifying orders, this will be indicated on the product page and at checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view your order status at any time from your MarkovaX account under My Orders.
You will receive email updates at the following stages:
- ✅ Order confirmed — immediately after purchase
- 📦 Order dispatched — when the vendor ships your item, with tracking details
- 🚚 Out for delivery — where supported by the carrier
- 🏠 Delivered — when your order is marked as delivered by the carrier
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier or to your delivery address, whichever occurs first. Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, MarkovaX and the vendor are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier's handling.
However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please see Section 10 — we will work with you and the vendor to resolve the issue.
8. Delayed Shipments
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. MarkovaX and its vendors are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers or courier services
- Customs clearance or border inspections
- Weather events, natural disasters, or other acts of God
- Public holidays in the origin or destination country
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout
- Events outside our or the vendor's reasonable control
9. International Orders and Customs
For orders shipped internationally (outside the vendor's country of origin), you are the importer of record. You may be responsible for:
- Customs duties and import taxes
- Brokerage or handling fees charged by the carrier
- VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes levied by your country
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. They are typically collected by the carrier or customs authority upon or before delivery. MarkovaX has no control over customs processing times or fees.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@markovax.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage, if applicable (including packaging)
We will escalate the issue to the vendor and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier. Our goal is to resolve all such cases with a replacement or refund, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Returns and Reshipping
For information on returning an item and your refund eligibility, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy in full.
In summary:
- Return window: 14 days from delivery date.
- Return shipping cost (change of mind): Paid by the buyer.
- Return shipping cost (defective, damaged, or wrong item): Covered by the vendor — either via prepaid label or reimbursement.
- To start a return: Email customer@markovax.com with your order number. Do not ship anything back before receiving written authorisation.
